介绍了分析拉弯成形的摄动方法。对于横向曲率比较小的双凸工件,将其分成两个区,一个是与模具表面的接触区,另一个是一端受夹钳约束的自由区。假定这两个区的应力应变状态分量与柱面拉弯成形及均匀拉伸的应力应变状态分量只相差一个很小的量,建立摄动计算格式,进行变形分析。应用数值模拟软件对不锈钢车体的车顶弯梁的拉弯成形进行了数值模拟与工艺参数优化,消除了成形缺陷,开发出高精度拉弯模具,获得了高质量的成形件。
