在车辆无级变速器（CVT）产品开发过程中，应用前向仿真可以真实地模拟实际汽车行驶工况。建立装备CVT的整车前向模型，通过仿真过程分析，调整CVT产品结构参数，提高了仿真结果的可信度和精度，实现了对CVT控制策略的设计，缩短了CVT产品工程开发的时间和费用，仿真分析与实车实验结果对比分析表明所建模型有较高的准确性，可应用于CVT产品开发。
