炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种非传染性但无法治愈的免疫介导的炎症性疾病。目前,溃疡性结肠炎(UC)被认为是IBD最常见的临床表型之一。尽管几十年来,各种抗炎化疗药物已被用于UC治疗的不同阶段,但患者长期使用后仍有明显的副作用。此外,部分由于药物(例如姜黄素)的溶解度低,需要大剂量,长期应用于UC患者会出现明显的副作用。因此,迫切需要开发能够增强对UC影响的创新治疗方法。
