某型侦察车伺服精度的数字化检测设计

针对部队条件下常用转角精度检测方法存在的不足，设计并构建基于机器视觉的数字化检测系统。介绍 常用检测方法，概述其原理，利用 CCD 摄像机代替人眼采集自准直仪的分划线图像，采用图像预处理技术识别分划 线图像，通过轮廓提取、亚像素细分和直线拟合算法，自动判读分划板反射像的位移。结果表明：该系统能实现伺 服转角精度的自动检测，设计简单易行，满足部队使用需求。
