设计了一种阻尼可调的油气悬架,在分析其结构和工作原理的基础上,建立了油气悬架非线性阻尼数学模型。应用Matlab/Simulink软件,分析了可调阻尼阀各结构参数对油气悬架阻尼特性的影响,并对仿真结果进行了试验验证。结果表明,通过合理选择串并联节流孔大小、单向阀最大开度以及单向阀弹簧预压缩量等阻尼阀结构参数,可以得到较为理想的油气悬架阻尼特性。
