对某车用柴油机机体进行了三维实体建模和网格划分,采用有限元整体分析与子模型分析相结合技术,以ABAQUS为平台进行机体强度有限元分析,确定了气缸体应力集中部位,提出机体结构改进方案。在此基础上,应用MSC.Fatigue软件对改进前后的水套根部子模型进行疲劳强度分析,结合应力测试实验验证改进效果。实验结果表明,气缸体加筋改进后,水套根部交接位置应力降低11%~46%。
应用有限元法考察了修形斜齿轮的轮齿接触和载荷分布。根据变形协调条件和力平衡关系建立了轮齿面接触分析有限元模型。宽斜齿轮副由一个渐开线齿轮和一个双鼓形齿轮组成,建立了齿轮传动装置整体有限元模型,开发了有限元网格划分程序。应用ANSYS软件考察了修形参数对轮齿上载荷分布和接触应力的影响。
