离子吸附型稀土是我国的特色资源，为全世界提供了90%以上的中重稀土。然而，现有的离子吸附型稀土开采工艺（铵盐原地浸取技术）存在生态环境破坏严重、浸出周期长、资源利用效率低等问题，严重制约了我国离子吸附型稀土资源的开采利用。面向国家稀土战略，研发新一代高效、绿色的开采技术迫在眉睫。
