通过将核安全法规HAF003（1991），国际标准ISO9001（2000）以及核安全法规IAEA50-C-Q（1996）文件中的不符合（项）定义进行对比阐述其真实内涵，建设性地提出了在实行IAEA50-C-Q（1996）新法规的情况下对不符合项进行分层、分类、分级管理的思路，同时指出核电建设单位在不符合项管理中应注意的几个问题。
介绍了现场总线控制系统FCS（Field-bus Control System）的发展，以及FCS的结构及主要技术特点。FCS可以实现在线设备可靠性数据采集，使概率安全分析（PSA- Probability Safety Assessment）、风险指引技术（Risk-informed technology）等应用发挥出更大的作用，大大提高了高层管理的准确性和实时性。
